Question: We are interested in your products,how can we place an order?

Answer:Please send a list of products to Datolink sales via email or Fax, including the quantity, description, Datolink will send you an invoice with bank details. Generally, delivery time is 5 days after receiving payment.

Question: How do you deliver the products?

Answer: For the orders less than 50kg, usually we choose transport companies such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx directly to the office, if the weight of the order is over 50kg, the transportation by airtothe customers local airport is cheaper! Besides,transport by sea is also acceptable.

Question: What benefits can we gain by cooperating with your company?

Answer: Datolink is a manufacturer in the structured cabling and fiber optics since the January of 2007, we invested a lot in the technical centers, and new products are released to the market very quickly, moreover, we have very good relationships with other manufacturers in China for a complete product line.You can save the cost of purchases if you cooperate with Datolink.

Question: What is the delivery time for your products?

Answer:For small orders, delivery time usually within 5 days; For large orders,delivery time usually is no more than 15 days.

Question: What is the guarantee for your products?

Answer: We offer warranty for 25 years for copper products, and 3 years for the fiber media converter, 1 year for the fiber optic products. Generally speaking, there are not exist quality problems with our strictly quality supervision.
